Rules & Conditions
1.1. Eligible Teams
Adults Tournament: Players must be at least 18 years old.
Youth Tournament: Players must meet the required youth age group.
Each team can register up to 12 players (including substitutes).
1.2. Registration Process
1️⃣ Reserve your team’s spot with a $325 deposit (Youths) or $500 deposit (Adults).
2️⃣ Fill out the initial registration form online.
3️⃣ Submit your complete team information (up to 12 players) by November 25, 2025.
4️⃣ Complete the registration payment of $5,000 USD by November 27, 2025.
1.3. Participation Conditions
Teams that fail to submit player information or complete payments by the deadlines will not be allowed to participate.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2.1. Team Format
Matches will be 7v7, with up to 12 players per roster.
Minimum of 7 players required to start a match.
2.2. Match Duration
Two halves of 20 minutes each.
5-minute halftime.
2.3. Kickoffs & Restarts
Matches start with a penalty kick.
The opposing team takes the penalty at the start of the second half.
After goals, play resumes with a kickoff played backward from the center.
Throw-ins are with the feet, not hands.
2.4. Tournament Structure
Youth Tournament: November 29, 2025
Adults Tournament: December 6, 2025
All teams guaranteed 3 group-stage matches.
Tie-breakers: Goals for, goals against, fewest cards.
2.5. Knockout Rounds
Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and Final: ties decided by penalty kicks.
2.6. Attendance & Forfeits
Teams failing to show up for a match forfeit (3-0 awarded to opponent).
Traditional 7v7 soccer rules apply, with tournament modifications.
No offside rule.
Unlimited substitutions allowed at the referee’s marked zone.
Players must wear official team uniforms with numbered jerseys, shin guards, and proper footwear.
Participation is at each player’s own risk. Organizers are not liable for injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies.
Unsportsmanlike behavior (violence, abuse, disrespect) results in disqualification.
By registering, players and teams grant the organization rights to use their image, voice, and likeness in broadcasts and promotional content.
Prize pool applies only if registration reaches 16 or 20 teams:
20 Teams: Champion $40,000 | Runner-up refund ($5,000).
16 Teams: Champion $20,000 | Runner-up refund ($5,000).
If fewer than 16 teams register, the guaranteed prize will be $5,000 for the champion.
Prizes delivered at the end of the tournament (transfer fees deducted if applicable).
No refunds for deposits or registration fees if a team withdraws.
If the tournament is canceled by organizers, all teams will receive a full refund.

1. Who can participate?
Any adult or youth team from the area is welcome.
2. What’s included in the registration fee?
Tournament participation, referees, field rental, and prizes.
3. What happens if fewer teams register?
If 16 teams register, the prizes adjust to:
- Champion: $5,000 USD.
4. How are the group stages organized?
Teams will be divided into groups, and each team will play at least 3 matches during the group stage on November 29 for Adults and December 6 for Youths. The top teams from each group will advance to the knockout rounds.
5. Can I bring substitutes or a coach?
Yes! Each team is allowed up to 12 players, including substitutes, and a coach can be present to assist during matches.
6. Are spectators allowed?
Absolutely! Friends, family, and fans are welcome to come and support their teams. There will be food vendors, music, and a lively atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.
